cold bacon? really?
Yes, cold bacon! To its credit, it was cooked nicely with very little non-meat flab. Ever had cold bacon in a BLT? Maybe it would be better hot, but i always had cold bacon in BLTs when i was growing up and my mum used to make 'em for my lunch.
