Blood

Well, most of the summer, or at least since my "cycle" has been up after the last time i donated blood, i've been hounded by vicious vampires, both in the form of the internet and telemarketers to GIVE BLOOD. My e-mails are reading "O Blood Shortage!", which of course is no simple lament, but an indication of the type of blood they need most (mine). Dang vampires...

Anyway, during this process one of my partners in crime has been standing alongside me, encouraging me that the vicious vampires will soon relent--IF i give in to this one little thing...

Basically i have just been really busy and have not wanted to schedule a time to go in, nor drive really far if i can avoid it. Yesterday this partner in crime informed me that Chapman U. was having a blood drive, possibly today. So i do what any sensible person put in the situation would do and i search the Chapman website under the parameter "blood drive". What do i get? Wow.

Of course i pulled a "Ctrl + F" and searched for the term "blood" (actually i just wrote "bloo") and i found something incredible...
Of course this discovery did not happen until after i let myself be distracted by some incredible discoveries that i either a) have never read or b) have not read in a long time...

The internet(s) is(are) merciless telling me, “this is what you get ...if you mess with us...”

There are a few amazing things i plan to write soon, but i felt i had to break yet another long blog fast in order to finally get the others out of my system and onto "the system".
