KIRSTEN AND i AT THE MOMENT :
So, we are currently both in Ismaning, Germany at Christoph's place, and Kirsten leaves for California on Sunday and i move in with a new host family in Munich after i see her off. It has been absolutely gorgeous here, and a great relief to get a little change. i loved my Gaestgrossmutter, Frau Schoettke, but i was just getting a little stir crazy i think. i learned a lot staying with her, and my roommate Ben Englehart from Detroit worked out great. He's a most excellent gent, and also a Christian so that was cool, and worked out well for us both.
i am taking a class for the month of June in Munich, but my semester in Salzburg is officially done. It has been really great here the past few days; got plugged into the internet after a long time sporadic access, got to hang out with Chris' friends last night and listen to music at his friend Christian's house, and then we went to Simon's house tonight, had barbeque and watched Napoleon Dynamite. Sweet! Chris and his mom Gertrud have a fabulous view from their apartment over Ismaning and the surrounding area--beautiful.
It's almost time for Kindred Fall's radio appearance on the UC Irvine radio station, so i am going to catch that before going to bed. Where am i musically? Who knows? Perhaps i will still be part of Kindred Fall when i return, perhaps not. Either way i pray that i will continue to get better and i hope for the best for Ed and his new crew of hooligans. i hope we can speak again soon...
